Nothing on our website, in brochures, during calls, or on inspection trips constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

Clients must obtain independent professional advice before making any decision.

4. Inspection Trips

Inspection trips are optional and provided for informational purposes only.

  • Attendance does not oblige a client to purchase property
  • Ahlan Property does not guarantee availability, pricing, or outcomes
  • Travel, accommodation, visas, and personal expenses are the client’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing

5. Third-Party Relationships

Ahlan Property may introduce third-party developers, agents, or service providers.

We are not responsible for:

  • The accuracy of third-party information
  • Developer performance or delays
  • Contractual disputes between clients and third parties

Any agreement entered into is solely between the client and the third party.

6. Overseas Property Risk

Overseas property investment carries risks including:

  • Legal and regulatory differences
  • Currency exchange fluctuations
  • Market volatility

Clients accept full responsibility for understanding and accepting these risks.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ahlan Property shall not be liable for:

  • Third-party actions or omissions

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
